Nick’s professional all-round service style

My relationship with Urban Property and Nick Nagel has not been long but I have been very satisfied with Nick’s professional all-round service style in the management/sale of my investment property. From the moment he was engaged he set about getting on top of inspections, the lease and general maintenance, all of which needed updating. In difficult circumstances, he has straightened out several on-going issues to my satisfaction and without alienating the tenant. He is also managing an extremely difficult matter at ACAT involving a previous tenant even though he was not managing the property at the time. I would be happy to recommend him and intend to place the management of my current home with him when I downsize next year.
